Summer rosé sangria with fresh berries, watermelon, and a refreshing twist, perfect for effortless party prep.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 pound seedless watermelon
  • 1 (12 ounce) package fresh raspberries
  • 2 (750 milliliter) bottles rosé wine
  • 0.75 cup white vermouth
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 sprig fresh basil leaves
  • 3 (12 fluid ounce) cans chilled cucumber-flavored sparkling water, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Halve the strawberries and cut the watermelon into chunks or use a melon baller for a fun twist.
  • In a large bowl, mix together strawberries, watermelon, and raspberries. In a large pitcher, combine rosé, vermouth, and honey, stirring until the honey dissolves. Add half of the fruit and basil. Refrigerate the pitcher along with the remaining fruit for a minimum of 6 hours.
  • Fill glasses with a generous serving of chilled fruit, then pour sangria and sparkling cucumber water to your liking.
