Whip up a delightful watermelon sorbet with fresh fruit, sugar, and lemon - the perfect icy treat for hot summer days.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 3 cups cubed seeded watermelon
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cook and stir until the sugar is fully dissolved, approximately 5 minutes. Remove from heat and refrigerate until it's cooled, around 30 minutes.
  • Puree watermelon in a blender or food processor until smooth. Mix the pureed watermelon into the sugar mixture. Freeze the watermelon mixture in an ice cream maker until it reaches your preferred consistency based on the manufacturer's guidelines.
