Wedges with creamy chilli sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1.5kg Desiree potatoes
  • 56.88 gm olive oil
  • 250g light cream cheese, softened
  • 68.75 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 220°C and line a big baking tray with some baking paper.
  • After washing the potatoes, cut them into wedges and transfer them to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper, tossing well to ensure even coating. Arrange the wedges in a single layer on a baking tray.
  • Roast for 40-45 minutes, gently turning halfway through, until beautifully golden and tender.
  • Create a lusciously creamy chili sauce by blending cream cheese, sweet chili sauce, and lime juice in a food processor until velvety smooth. Transfer the flavorful mixture to a serving bowl and enjoy with wedges.
