Irresistible crispy potato wedges with zesty sweet chili sour cream dip.
Ingredients:
  • 2kg frozen potato wedges
  • 125g light sour cream
  • 11.00 gm sweet chilli sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 220C (200C fan). Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer on two baking trays. Bake following the instructions on the packet.
  • Mix sour cream and sweet chili together to create a flavorful dipping sauce for the wedges. Serve and enjoy!
