30-minute weeknight spaghetti with rich onion soup mix sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • 4 cups water
  • 0.5 pound cooked chicken breast, chopped
  • 1 (1 ounce) package onion soup mix
  • 1 tablespoon chile-garlic sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of salted water. 2. Add spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 12 minutes. 3. Drain cooked spaghetti.
  • In a separate pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Stir in chicken, onion soup mix, chile-garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger until well combined. Add broccoli and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Portion the spaghetti evenly into 4 bowls, then generously pour the soup over the spaghetti.
