Indulge in a nutritious breakfast bursting with wholegrain wheat and fresh fruit for a healthy start to your day.
Ingredients:
  • 200g frozen mango
  • 90g (1/3 cup) dairy-free natural yoghurt
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) almond milk
  • 27.00 gm maple syrup
  • 2 Cholesterol Lowering Weet-bix
  • Sliced fresh mango, to serve
  • Fresh blueberries, to serve
  • Coconut flakes, to serve
  • Natural sliced almonds, to serve
Instructions:
  • Blend frozen mango, yogurt, almond milk, and maple syrup in a blender until smooth. Transfer the creamy mixture to a serving bowl with a spoon.
  • Place the Weet-Bix, fresh mango, and blueberries elegantly on a serving dish. Sprinkle with almonds and coconut for a delightful crunch. Add a touch of mint on top, if desired, and serve promptly to enjoy at its best.
