Quick morning fix with delicious Weet-Bix bliss balls for breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 100g almonds
  • 4 Weet-Bix, crumbled
  • 1 large ripe banana, coarsely chopped
  • 200g fresh medjool dates, pitted, coarsely chopped
  • 34.00 gm desiccated coconut
Instructions:
  • In a food processor, pulse almonds until finely chopped. Add Weet-Bix, banana, date, vanilla extract, and 2 tablespoons of coconut. Blend until mixture is combined.
  • Shape heaping spoonfuls of the mixture into balls, then gently roll them in the remaining coconut to coat. Keep the coconut balls in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
