A creamy and refreshing smoothie packed with avocado for good fats, chia seeds for protein and fiber, and protein powder to keep you full. Quick, easy, low-cal, and gluten-free - the perfect breakfast!
Ingredients:
  • 1 kiwifruit, peeled, chopped
  • 1 frozen chopped banana
  • 1/4 avocado, chopped
  • 25g plain unsweetened protein powder
  • 20g baby spinach
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 250ml (1 cup) chilled water
  • 1 passionfruit, halved
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine kiwifruit, banana, avocado, protein powder, spinach, chia seeds, and water. Blend until creamy. Pour into a glass and top with passionfruit pulp.
