Elevate your whiskey sour with a frothy egg white and hint of bitters for a truly unforgettable cocktail.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces whiskey
  • 3/4 ounce fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice
  • 2-3 drops Angostura bitters, optional
Instructions:
  • In a cocktail shaker, mix whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake vigorously for 1 minute without ice. (Tip: Use the cracked eggshell as a strainer to separate the egg white from the yolk.)
