Elevate your cocktail game with a vibrant New York sour, blending whiskey sour with a splash of red wine for a deliciously fruity twist.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ounces rye whiskey
  • 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white, optional
  • 3/4 ounce red wine, such as Malbec, Merlot, or Cabernet Sauvignon
Instructions:
  • In a cocktail shaker filled two-thirds full with ice, add the rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (if using).
  • Give it a vigorous shake for 20 seconds, then pour into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
