Indulgent dual chocolate dessert that's effortlessly elegant and sure to wow!
Ingredients:
  • 250ml Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
  • 100g Dark Chocolate Melts
  • 100g White Chocolate Melts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • Berries, for serving
  • Chocolate hearts, for decoration
Instructions:
  • Mix half of the PHILADELPHIA cream cheese with the dark chocolate in a bowl, and stir over a double boiler until the chocolate is melted. Remove from heat and let it cool. Repeat the process with the remaining PHILADELPHIA and white chocolate.
  • Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually mix in the sugar until dissolved to create a fluffy meringue, then gently fold half into each chocolate mixture.
  • Layer the mixtures into 2 serving glasses, creating a beautiful swirl effect with a knife. Chill for a minimum of 30 minutes. Garnish with fresh berries and chocolate hearts just before serving.
