White chocolate & coconut nests

Get the whole family together to make delicious Easter treats.
Ingredients:
  • 180g white chocolate, melted
  • 85g (1 1/4 cups) shredded coconut
  • 100g multicoloured glace cherries, finely chopped
  • 20 small chocolate Easter eggs
Instructions:
  • Grease twenty mini muffin pans with a light spray of oil. Mix together chocolate and coconut in a bowl, then gently fold in the cherries. Spoon the mixture into the greased pans evenly. Enjoy creating these delightful treats!
  • Press mixture in pan centers with a wooden spoon to create an indent. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour until set.
  • Carefully lift and transfer the nests from the pans onto a plate. Gently crack and nestle an egg into each one.
