Matcha-infused white chocolate cheesecake with a vibrant green tea glaze for a refreshing and delicate twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (3.52 ounce) bar white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon green tea powder (matcha)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 0.5 (3.52 ounce) bar white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) for a perfect bake.
  • Melt one bar of white chocolate in a microwave-safe glass or ceramic bowl, stirring in 15-second intervals for 1 to 3 minutes until smooth.
  • In a bowl, use an electric mixer to beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy. Mix in melted white chocolate, egg, green tea powder, and vanilla extract until creamy. Pour mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, until the center jiggles evenly when lightly shaken. Allow the tart to cool for around 30 minutes.
  • 1. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it starts boiling. 2. Add 1/2 bar of white chocolate and stir until smooth. 3. Stir in corn syrup followed by water. 4. Pour the glaze over the tart, tilting and rotating to evenly coat the top. 5. Allow the glaze to set for at least 15 minutes. 6. Refrigerate until chilled for about 1 hour.
