White Chocolate Fondue

Indulge in heavenly white fondue for dipping, dunking, or dredging your favorite treats - a divine dessert experience!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half
  • 1 package (11 1/2 ounces) white or milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons orange-flavored liqueur, kirsch or brandy, if desired
  • Dippers
Instructions:
  • In a heavy 2-quart saucepan, gently heat half-and-half and chocolate chips together, stirring constantly until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. Take it off the heat and mix in the liqueur. Transfer the chocolate mixture to a fondue pot or chafing dish.
  • Spear dippers with fondue forks and dip into the fondue. If the fondue thickens, gently stir in a splash of half-and-half.
