Easy chocolate fondue

Indulgent fondue perfect for sharing with friends.
Ingredients:
  • 200g block milk chocolate, chopped
  • 252.50 gm pure cream
  • 180g block white chocolate, chopped
  • Strawberries, to serve
  • Mandarin segments, to serve
  • Kiwi fruit, to serve
  • Slice apple or pear, to serve
  • Marshmallows, to serve
  • Chocolate wafer sticks, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, gently melt milk chocolate with 1/2 cup of cream. In another saucepan, do the same with white chocolate and the remaining cream. Stir occasionally until both mixtures are smooth, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • Divide the chocolate into individual serving bowls and accompany with fruit, marshmallows, and chocolate wafer sticks.
