Tangy lime zest and white chocolate blondies - a unique and refreshing treat for any gathering.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (4 ounce) bar white chocolate, chopped
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 0.5 lime, zested
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 0.66666668653488 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Instructions:
  • - Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt white chocolate, butter, and lime zest together, stirring continuously until smooth and velvety, which should take around 5 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat.
  • In a bowl, whip eggs with an electric mixer until they are thick and foamy. Add white chocolate mixture, sugar, vanilla extract, and lime juice, stirring well. Gently fold in 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon of flour until just combined. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the blondies to cool before cutting into bars.
