Indulgent golden cookies loaded with white chocolate and macadamia nuts for the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Using an electric mixer, cream together butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla and almond extracts.
  • In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Slowly incorporate this flour mixture into the butter mixture, then gently mix in the macadamia nuts and white chocolate.
  • Scoop dough by the spoonful and place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake until beautifully golden in the preheated oven for approximately 10 minutes.
