Indulgent macadamia nut and white chocolate chunk cookies.
Ingredients:
  • 0.66666668653488 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup chopped macadamia nuts
  • 6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C) and lightly grease your baking sheets.
  • Cream butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla together until fluffy using an electric mixer on medium speed.
  • Slowly mix in the flour until combined. Gently fold in the nuts and chocolate by hand.
  • Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of the dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets, spacing each mound 2 1/2 inches apart.
  • Bake the cookies for 17 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned and the tops look dry. Let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to racks to cool completely.
