Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1.25 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
  • 8 ounces white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 (6.5 ounce) jar macadamia nuts, chopped
Instructions:
  • Heat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • In a medium bowl, blend the velvety butter with the sweet sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and flavorful vanilla. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, then gently fold into the creamy mixture. Lastly, fold in the luscious white chocolate and crunchy nuts. Spoon cookie dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
