Whimsical white chocolate candy filled with crispy rice cereal, peanuts, and fluffy marshmallows - a snowy treat for any occasion.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies®)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup lightly salted peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon multi-colored sprinkles, or more to taste
Instructions:
  • Combine the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute, then stir with a spatula. Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth. Gently mix in rice cereal, marshmallows, and peanuts.
  • Spoon white chocolate mixture onto waxed paper, sprinkle with colorful sprinkles, and cool for 30 minutes.
