Create hassle-free Christmas swirl fudge using Betty Crocker™ Vanilla Frosting, white chocolate baking chips, and red/green gel colors. No candy thermometer needed. Simply mix, chill, and enjoy in minutes for a festive, delicious treat that spreads holiday cheer effortlessly.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 tub (16 oz) Betty Crocker™ Rich & Creamy Vanilla Frosting
  • Betty Crocker™ green and red gel food colors
Instructions:
  • Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with foil, allowing the foil to overhang at two opposite sides of the pan, and then spraying the foil with cooking spray.
  • In a large microwavable bowl, heat white chips in the microwave uncovered on High for 1 minute. Drizzle frosting over the warm chips. Microwave on High for 30 seconds, then stir well. If needed, continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Divide 3/4 cup of fudge mixture evenly into 2 small bowls, keeping the rest of the mixture plain in the original bowl. Mix green food coloring into one bowl and red food coloring into the other until you reach your desired colors.
  • Spoon heaping tablespoons of green, red, and white fudge mixture into the pan to create a beautiful, random pattern. Use a table knife to create a stunning marbled design by gently pulling it through the layers. Refrigerate the pan uncovered until the fudge is set, approximately 1 hour.
  • Remove the dish from the pan by gently lifting the foil, then peel the foil away. Cut the dish into 64 pieces. Store the dish covered in the refrigerator.
