Indulge your guests with decadent chocolate coconut macadamia nut candies - a delectable dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1 bag (12 oz) white vanilla baking chips (2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Instructions:
  • Prepare 2 cookie sheets lined with waxed paper. In a 4-quart heavy saucepan, combine sugar, whipping cream, and corn syrup over medium-low heat, stirring frequently until sugar is dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat and cook for about 6 minutes without stirring, or until it reaches 234°F on a candy thermometer or forms a soft ball that flattens when dropped into a cup of very cold water. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the baking chips, stirring until smooth.
  • Gently fold in marshmallows, coconut, and nuts. Spoon 2 tablespoonfuls of the mixture onto cookie sheets. Allow to set until firm.
