Indulge in a scrumptious white pizza with ricotta, broccoli, and Italian cheeses on a crispy whole-wheat crust, baked to perfection on a pizza stone.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound refrigerated whole-wheat pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided, or to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend, or to taste
  • 0.75 cup ricotta, or to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets, or to taste
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C with a pizza stone on the bottom rack.
  • On a floured surface, shape pizza dough into a round disk. Brush with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Top dough with Italian cheese blend and spoonfuls of ricotta. Add broccoli and tomato on top. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Finish with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the pizza onto the hot pizza stone and bake for approximately 20 minutes until the crust is crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
