Elevate your White Pizza with Pillsbury crust, gooey mozzarella, and fontina cheeses.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/2 cup shredded fontina cheese (2 oz)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 450°F with pizza stone on middle rack.
  • Dust work surface with flour. Transfer dough and shape to desired thickness. Lightly dust pizza peel with flour or use a flat cookie sheet as an alternative. Move dough to pizza peel.
  • Drizzle the crust with oil, then top with cheeses, oregano, salt, and pepper before transferring it from the pizza peel to the pizza stone.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
