White Spaghetti Pizza Bake

Create a decadent White Pizza Spaghetti Pie with luscious Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, crispy bacon, and gooey mozzarella for a surefire family hit.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb uncooked spaghetti
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (4 oz)
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and generously coat a 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the box in a 5-quart Dutch oven or stockpot. Once cooked, drain and rinse the spaghetti, then place it back in the Dutch oven.
  • Combine milk, eggs, salt, and garlic in a small bowl and beat until well mixed.
  • Gently fold the egg mixture, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese into the spaghetti until fully combined. Transfer the spaghetti mixture to the pan, spreading it out evenly. Cover the pan with nonstick foil.
  • Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Remove from oven and foil. Evenly spread Alfredo sauce over spaghetti mixture and top with chicken, bacon, and remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
