Indulgent Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole with layers of creamy cheeses, Alfredo sauce, chicken, and spinach - a decadent twist on classic spaghetti.
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 8 oz fresh baby spinach
  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 jar (22 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
  • 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese (6 oz)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
  • Cook spaghetti until perfectly cooked as per package instructions, then drain and return to the pan.
  • In a 10-inch skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook spinach for about 3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Combine the chicken and Alfredo sauce with the spaghetti, ensuring everything is evenly coated. Transfer half of the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Combine ricotta cheese, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl, stirring well.
  • Evenly layer cheese mixture over spaghetti in baking dish. Add wilted spinach on top. Cover with the remaining spaghetti, then sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley right before enjoying.
