Transform your kitchen into a fun ice cream-making lab for the kids to mix and create delicious treats together.
Ingredients:
  • 2 litres vanilla ice-cream
  • 1/2 x 210g packet Arnott’s Iced VoVo biscuits
  • 100g white chocolate, chopped
  • 100g red glace cherries, halved
Instructions:
  • Place scoops of ice cream in a spacious bowl and allow it to soften for 15 minutes.
  • Cut or break each biscuit into 6 even pieces, then set aside.
  • Fold chocolate into ice-cream using a large spoon until mixed. Mix in biscuits and cherries, gently folding until just combined.
  • Transfer the creamy ice-cream mixture back into the container and ensure the surface is smooth. Cover the top with plastic wrap and then secure with a lid or foil. Freeze until solid, ideally overnight. Serve and enjoy!
