Elevate your potato bake with layers of creamy potatoes, gooey camembert, and sweet caramelized onions. Ingredients:
  • 1.3kg coliban potatoes, peeled, cut into 1cm-thick slices
  • 300ml ctn thickened cream
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) milk
  • 250g wheel double cream camembert, thinly sliced
  • 40.00 ml bought caramelised onion relish
  • Fresh thyme leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 170°C/150°C fan forced. Neatly stand the potato slices upright in rows in a 6cm deep, 19.5 x 26cm ovenproof dish.
  • In a jug, blend the cream and milk. Then, pour the creamy mixture over the potato, cover with foil, and bake for 2 hours until the potato is tender.
  • Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan forced. Spread out potato slices, tuck camembert slices in between. Bake for 15-20 minutes until potatoes are golden and cheese is melted. Top with caramelised onion and thyme before serving.
