Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups whole wheat flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
  • Combine all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, and salt in a medium bowl. Create a well in the center and add olive oil. Gradually mix in eggs one at a time until the dough forms. Knead on a lightly floured surface until elastic. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough by hand or with a pasta machine to your desired noodle thickness. Cut into your preferred width and shapes, then let the pasta air dry for at least 15 minutes to prevent sticking.
