Whole Wheat Strawberry Banana Bread

Delicious banana bread with a fruity twist, perfect for pleasing even the pickiest eaters.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray (such as Baker's Joy®)
  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 0.33333334326744 cup white sugar
  • 0.25 cup whole milk
  • 0.5 (3 ounce) package strawberry-flavored gelatin (such as Jell-O®)
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a loaf pan with cooking spray, then dust with flour.
  • In a large bowl, use a fork to mash the bananas until smooth. Stir in the sugar until well combined. Mix in the eggs, milk, and strawberry gelatin until fully incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add half of the flour mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until just moistened. Then, gently fold in the rest of the flour mixture until the batter is just combined.
  • Evenly distribute the batter in the loaf pan that has been previously prepared.
  • Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
