Whip up a delicious low-calorie meal with easy smoked trout wraps.
Ingredients:
  • 4 sheets wholemeal mountain bread
  • 100g smoked ocean trout, sliced
  • 4 hard boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
  • 300g iceberg lettuce, coarsely shredded
  • 79.20 gm good quality mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
  • 2 tsp finely chopped capers
Instructions:
  • Place the bread slices on a board and line one edge of each slice with smoked ocean trout. In a large bowl, gently mix together the egg and lettuce.
  • Combine mayonnaise, lemon zest, and capers in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then gently mix in the egg and lettuce.
  • Load the salad onto the wraps and tightly roll them up. Cut in half and enjoy right away.
