Impress guests with effortless smoked salmon canapes at your next event.
Ingredients:
  • 120g smoked salmon slices
  • 1 x 250g pkt light cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 37.60 gm light sour cream
  • 62.50 ml chopped fresh chives
  • 2 witlof, washed, 12 large leaves separated
  • 40g baby rocket leaves
Instructions:
  • Crossways slice 2 smoked salmon slices into 6 pieces each to yield 12 slices; chop the remaining salmon. Mix the chopped salmon with cream cheese, sour cream, and 2 tablespoons of chives in a bowl.
  • Distribute cream cheese evenly among witlof leaves. Place reserved salmon slices on top. Serve with rocket leaves and sprinkle remaining chives.
