Curry and chutney chicken salad served in cream puff shells on a bed of red leaf lettuce for a fusion feast!
Ingredients:
  • 5 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.75 cup chutney
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon pepper
  • 0.66666698455811 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 0.5 cup chopped onion
Instructions:
  • Simmer chicken breasts in a large saucepan of water for 7 to 10 minutes until fully cooked. Drain, cool, and shred into small pieces using a fork.
  • Combine mayonnaise, chutney, curry powder, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir in chicken, pecans, grapes, and onions. Chill before serving.
