Yoghurt & couscous fruit pot

Excite children with this nutritious lunchbox treat!
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml couscous
  • 125.00 ml Greek yoghurt, or vanilla yoghurt
  • 40.00 ml fresh passionfruit pulp
  • 6 strawberries, sliced
Instructions:
  • Put the couscous in a small heatproof bowl and pour 1/4 cup of boiling water over it. Cover and let it sit for 5 minutes. Fluff the grains with a fork, then transfer evenly into two 1-cup airtight containers.
  • Spoon the yogurt on top, then layer on the passionfruit and strawberries.
