Yogurt and Banana Frozen Dessert

Indulge in a creamy banana frozen dessert with pudding yogurt, fresh bananas, graham cracker crust, whipped topping, and caramel drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 box (4-serving size) white chocolate or vanilla instant pudding and pie filling mix
  • 3 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original yogurt French vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 medium firm bananas, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons caramel topping
Instructions:
  • Prepare the 8-inch square pan by spraying it with cooking spray or lining it with nonstick foil. Combine crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a small bowl until the mixture is crumbly. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer on low speed to blend pudding mix, yogurt, and milk until smooth. Gently fold in whipped topping, then stir in bananas. Spread the mixture evenly over the crust. Cover and freeze for at least 3 hours until firm.
  • Take out of the freezer and allow to sit for 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Cut into 3 rows by 3 rows to make squares. Drizzle approximately 1 teaspoon of caramel topping on each square. Keep covered in the freezer.
