Blend berries, bananas, and yogurt, freeze into popsicles for a wholesome frozen treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and sliced bananas, mixed
  • 2 cups plain or vanilla yogurt
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 8 small paper cups
  • 8 popsicle sticks
Instructions:
  • Combine the fresh blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, sliced bananas, yogurt, and sugar in a blender. Blend to your desired consistency, chunky or smooth. Enjoy!
  • Fill paper cups with 3/4 full of fruit mixture, cover each with aluminum foil, and insert a popsicle stick through the foil on each cup.
  • Freeze the cups for a minimum of 5 hours. When ready to serve, take off the foil and peel away the paper cup.
