Zucchini fries with tahini dipping sauce

Indulge in guilt-free zucchini fries with a tangy tahini dip.
Ingredients:
  • 37.50 gm polenta
  • 62.50 ml finely grated parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp lemon rind
  • 500g zucchini, cut into fries
  • 24.00 gm tahini
  • 31.50 gm lemon juice
  • 18.20 gm extra virgin olive oil
  • 40.00 ml Greek Style Yoghurt
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your Philips Airfryer to 180C.
  • In a large bowl, mix together polenta, parmesan, and rind. Season with salt and pepper. In another large bowl, lightly beat the egg.
  • Coat zucchini in egg, then cover with polenta. Place zucchini in Airfryer and cook for 10 minutes until golden and tender, shaking basket halfway through.
  • Whisk tahini and lemon juice in a bowl until smooth. Add 1 tablespoon water. Mix in oil, yoghurt, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy zucchini fries with a side of creamy tahini dipping sauce.
