Healthier alternative to french fries: Baked zucchini fries with only 4 ingredients, ready in 15 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 3 small zucchini, cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons Country Crock® Spread
  • 0.75 cup seasoned panko bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet by brushing it with more Country Crock® Spread; set aside.
  • Coat zucchini with Spread in a large bowl until well coated. Combine crumbs and Parmesan on a plate. Coat zucchini with the crumb mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Bake until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy with salsa or ketchup, if desired.
