Easy zucchini quiche using biscuit mix and eggs.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup biscuit baking mix
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 0.33300000429153 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 cup grated onion
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 0.33300000429153 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 zucchini, sliced into rounds
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9 x 9 inch casserole dish.
  • Combine biscuit mix, oregano, seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt, parsley, and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl. Incorporate onion, eggs, and oil, mixing well. Fold in zucchini and transfer mixture to a casserole dish.
  • Place in a preheated oven and bake until perfectly cooked and golden brown, usually around 30 to 35 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before slicing.
