No-bake cherry cheesecake recipe: Smooth, creamy, and stunning.
Ingredients:
  • 2.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 (21 ounce) cans cherry pie filling
Instructions:
  • Combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed. Firmly press the mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • With an electric mixer, blend the cream cheese until smooth. Mix in the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped topping. Pour the filling into the crust and spread it evenly.
  • Cover with luscious cherry pie filling and chill until set, about 2 to 3 hours.
