Spicy Rotel tomato chili with beef, beans, and onion for a quick and delicious weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground chuck beef (80% lean)
  • 0.75 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 1 (1.25 ounce) package chili seasoning mix
  • 1 (16 ounce) can beans in chili seasoned sauce, undrained
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
  • 1 (10 ounce) can Ro*Tel® Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained
  • 1 (8 ounce) can Hunt's® Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup water
Instructions:
  • Brown the beef and onions in a large saucepan over medium-high heat until the beef is crumbly and no longer pink, for about 5 to 7 minutes. Remember to drain the excess fat.
  • Mix in the seasoning packet. Include beans, diced tomatoes, tomatoes with green chiles, tomato sauce, and water; bring to a boil. Decrease heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
