Whip up quick and nutritious banana oat cookies with just oats, bananas, and raisins. Perfect for breakfast on the go or as a wholesome snack for kids' lunches.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3 tablespoons raisins
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350° F (180° C) while preparing a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Combine bananas and oats in a bowl until fully mixed. Add in raisins. Use a medium cookie scoop to place dough on a lined baking sheet. Gently press dough with your fingers to shape into a cookie.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 14 to 15 minutes until the bottom begins to brown. Then, cool on a wire rack.
