Indulgent Nutella mug cake - quick and delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 62.50 ml macadamia meal
  • 20.00 gm Dutch cocoa powder
  • 40.00 gm caster sugar
  • 25.20 gm coconut oil, at room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 20.60 gm milk
  • 24.00 gm Nutella
  • Icing sugar, to dust
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium bowl, blend macadamia meal, cocoa powder, and sugar. Mix in coconut oil, egg, and milk until smooth. Transfer 3/4 of the batter into a 1 1/4 cups (310ml) microwave-safe mug. Fill the center with Nutella and top with the remaining batter.
  • Heat in a 1000 watt microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • Sprinkle with icing sugar and top with vanilla ice-cream before serving. Be mindful, cake will be hot.
