Indulgent chocolate hazelnut mug cake, ready in minutes for instant cravings.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup self-rising flour
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, or more to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), or more to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Combine self-rising flour, sugar, egg, vegetable oil, milk, cocoa powder, chocolate-hazelnut spread, salt, and vanilla extract in a large mug and stir until the batter is smooth.
  • Microwave on high until the mug cake rises and the center is firm, for about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
