Fluffy biscuits made with zesty lemon-lime soda and creamy sour cream for a deliciously light and tender treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose biscuit baking mix
  • 0.5 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 0.25 cup butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) and generously grease a large baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, combine baking mix, lemon-lime soda, sour cream, and melted butter until you have a smooth batter. Using a large spoon, drop biscuits onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake the biscuits in the preheated oven until they turn golden brown, approximately 12 to 15 minutes. Allow them to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
