Whip up a delicious breakfast casserole combining biscuits, hash browns, bacon, and eggs for a savory twist on dinner!
Ingredients:
  • 1 teaspoon butter, or as needed
  • 1 (16 ounce) package bacon
  • 1 (16 ounce) can refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 frozen hash brown patties, or to taste
  • 8 eggs
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) while you generously butter a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the bacon, turning occasionally, until crispy but not fully browned, for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the cooked bacon on paper towels.
  • Place sliced biscuits in the baking dish, covering the bottom completely. Add hash brown patties on top, then layer with bacon slices.
  • Combine the eggs and milk, then pour over the casserole. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese on top.
  • Place in the oven until the top bubbles and the bacon is crispy, for about 30-35 minutes. Allow it to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
