Make a delicious garlic aioli to complement any dish.
Ingredients:
  • 1 garlic bulb
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
  • 247.50 gm whole-egg mayonnaise
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Remove the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves. Drizzle with oil and wrap in foil, then roast for 50 minutes until tender. Let cool for 10 minutes, then squeeze out the roasted garlic from the skin and discard the skin. Mix the roasted garlic with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, and refrigerate until ready to use.
