Air fryer bananas with Caramilk sauce recipe

Air fryer caramelized bananas: Brush with butter, sugar, cook in 7 mins. Top with 2-ingredient Caramilk sauce and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, peeled, halved lengthways
  • 30g butter, melted
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
  • Vanilla ice-cream, to serve
  • 80ml (1/3 cup) thickened cream
  • 90g Caramilk chocolate, chopped
Instructions:
  • In a small saucepan, combine the cream and chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is nearly melted. Remove from heat and let it sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Set aside.
  • Prepare the air fryer basket with a layer of baking paper. Place the bananas in a single layer. Brush with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon (if desired), and drizzle with any remaining butter.
  • Bake at 200C for 7 minutes or until caramelized. Move to a serving plate and top with ice cream. Drizzle with Caramilk sauce before serving.
