Whip up quick, tasty mini blueberry crisps in your air fryer. Recipe serves two, ideal for small air fryers. Easily double for more servings.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons quick-cooking oats
  • 1.5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1.5 tablespoons salted butter, softened
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  • Coat blueberries with flour, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl, then evenly distribute the mixture between two 1-cup ramekins.
  • In a small bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon to make the topping. Add softened butter and use a fork to create a crumbly mixture. Sprinkle over the blueberries.
  • Cook the ramekins with the blueberries in the air fryer until warmed through and the topping is golden brown, about 12 to 14 minutes.
