"Air fryer chile verde burritos with leftover pulled pork - a fast and delicious meal for any time of day!"
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups finely chopped leftover pulled pork
  • 1 cup salsa verde
  • 2 tablespoons cojita cheese
  • 10 (6 inch) flour tortillas
  • cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C as per the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Mix together succulent pulled pork, zesty salsa verde, and crumbly cojita cheese in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
  • Spoon a generous tablespoon of filling onto the bottom half of a tortilla. Fold twice on each side of the large fold to form an envelope shape. Roll it up, using your fingertips to secure the filling. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
  • Prepare the air fryer basket by greasing it with nonstick cooking spray. Carefully arrange the burritos in the basket with the seam side facing down, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Give the tops of the burritos a light coating of cooking spray.
  • Air fry the burritos for a golden crisp in just 6 minutes. Once done, serve with extra salsa verde for a flavorful dip, if desired.
